Verified people
Every founding member is identity-checked by our team before they can book or host — business details, contact, and proof the space is theirs to share.
Payments, the careful way
Bookings are requested through MeldCrew and confirmed by both sides. No card payments are taken yet: MeldCrew does not take, hold or process money, so you settle up between yourselves. We plan to introduce held payments, but they are not in place today and we won't put a date on it until they are.
Agreeing the terms
Today, bookings are arranged directly between host and operator on the terms they agree — MeldCrew is not a party to them. We're preparing a standard agreement covering hours, access and care of the space, but it isn't in place yet. We plan to introduce insurance-backed cover, but nothing is arranged today — so check your own insurance and your lease before you list, because letting another business trade from your premises can affect both.
